II. Things You Need to Know
Trial Period
- Prior to granting a Funding Account (FA) to potential talents, an essential step is for them to undergo a comprehensive trial test - Flex Plan. This Flex Plan serves as a crucial evaluation process to determine whether the talent meets the qualifications required to obtain our esteemed Funding Account.
- During the trial period, there are specific requirements and rules that must be adhered to. Once applicants have been selected to join this program, they will receive a detailed plan for the trial Flex Plan.
Funding Account
- Account Registration: If you are selected as one of our talents, you will be required to register a new account specifically for the program.
- KYC Requirement: Please note that KYC verification is not mandatory for the Funding Account.
How Does the Funding Account Work?
- Initial Fund: Upon successfully completing our trial period, you will be officially granted a Funding Account with an initial fund of $500 to kickstart your journey. Please be aware that the initial fund provided is non-withdrawable.
- Profit Withdrawal: The good news is that you are allowed to withdraw 100% of the profit you generate through your trading activities.
- Unlocking More Funds: As you achieve specific trading volume milestones, you will have the chance to unlock additional funds. For more details on the funding tiers and requirements, please refer to the Funding Table provided.
- Account Upgrades: Any upgrades to your funding account will be subject to approval from our administration team.
- Profit Withdrawal Process: To ensure a smooth profit withdrawal process, please be aware that it will also require approval from our administration team.

Trading Volume Milestone: The amount of trading volume talent needs to achieve to progress their Funding Account.
For example, Talent A started with an initial fund of $500 and he manage to achieve a total trading volume of $2,000,000 in his FA (Funding account), then he is eligible to upgrade his Funding Account from $500 > $1000.
*Please note that Funding Account upgrades are subject to admin approval.
(Monthly) Retaining Trading Volume: The minimum trading volume that is needed to achieve by the talent on a monthly basis.
For example, Talent A is holding a $2000 Funding Account, he/she needs to maintain a minimum of $850,000 trading volume every month for the continuation of this Funding Account. Failing to meet this requirement may result in an account downgrade based on the talent's overall performance.
Daily Max loss & Max Drawdown: The daily maximum loss refers to the percentage of risk that talents are permitted to incur on a daily basis, while the maximum drawdown percentage represents the allowable overall account decline.
For example, Talent A is holding a $500 Funding Account, the maximum loss/drawdown that is permitted for his account is 20%. Failure to maintain the result may cause termination directly from this program.
Trading Conditions:
As part of our talent program, we have established specific trading requirements to ensure a standardized trading experience. Please take note of the following trading conditions:
- Maximum Leverage: The maximum leverage allowed for trades is set at 10x. This provides you with the option to amplify your positions while managing your risk effectively.
- Trading Options: You have the flexibility to trade on either the Spot or Derivatives markets. Choose the market that aligns with your trading strategy and preferences.
Withdrawal Conditions:
We have established a fixed withdrawal frequency of "twice" a month to minimize the risk of errors in managing Talents' Funding Accounts.
- Withdrawal Timeslot:
- Withdrawals will occur every Wednesday during the 2nd and 4th week of each month.
- The timeslot for withdrawals will be from 00:00 am UTC to 12:00 pm UTC.
Example for June:
- In the 2nd week, withdrawal requests can be made on June 14th.
- In the 4th week, withdrawal requests can be made on June 28th. - Withdrawal Process:
- Upon receiving a withdrawal request, we will deduct the initial funds from Talent's Funding Account (FA).
- Followed by unlocking the withdrawal function on Talent's account.
- Then, talents are allowed to proceed with their withdrawal as usual within 24 hrs timeframe.
- If the timeframe is exceeded, the withdrawal function will be temporarily disabled until the next withdrawal timeslot - Withdrawal amount
- The minimum amount eligible for profit withdrawal is 10% of the initial fund.
- For instance, if the initial fund is $500, any profit exceeding $50 will be eligible for withdrawal.
III. Talent responsibilities
If you are lucky to be selected for our talent program! To fully enjoy the benefits, it is important for talents to fulfill their responsibilities. Failure to do so may result in termination from the program.
What are the Responsibilities?
- Talents' Corner: Each talent will be granted a dedicated channel on the Bitflex Discord server. This channel should be treated as your trading journal, where you can share your trading records and insights.
- Trade Analysis: Every open trade should be accompanied by a chart and trading ideas. Clearly explain the confluence and timeframe you are using for your analysis. Additionally, include proper stop loss (SL) and take profit (TP) levels.
- Campaign Promotion: Talents are expected to actively promote the available Bitflex campaigns within the community. Help spread awareness and encourage participation among users.
- Knowledge Sharing: Be willing to share your trading knowledge, insights, and strategies with the server community. Engage in discussions, answer questions, and contribute to the overall learning environment.
- Platform Improvement: Share your valuable insights and suggestions on how the Bitflex platform can be further improved from a user standpoint. Your feedback will help us enhance the trading experience for everyone.
- Live Stream Sessions (Optional): Talents have the option to host live stream sharing sessions, where you can showcase your trading techniques, provide real-time analysis, and interact with the community.
Talent Assessment:
Your performance as a talent will be assessed on a monthly basis. The evaluation will take into account the following factors:
- Trading Performance: We will review your trading results, including profitability, risk management, and consistency. Successful trading strategies and achieving positive returns will be considered.
- Helpfulness: Your willingness to assist and support other members of the server will be evaluated. This includes responding to questions, providing guidance, and offering valuable insights to help improve the trading experience for everyone.
- Active Engagement: We value your active participation within the server community. Your engagement in discussions, sharing of ideas, and contributing to the overall positive atmosphere will be taken into consideration.
- Knowledge Sharing: We encourage talents to share their knowledge and expertise. The number of written content you publish in the server, such as educational articles, analysis reports, or trading guides, will be assessed.
Please note that each talent will only be given one chance in this program. If your trading account suffers significant losses or experiences a blowout in the first month, you will be automatically removed from the program.
Additional Terms
- Each talent will undergo a comprehensive evaluation after the trial period (3 months in this case). Based on the assessment, we will decide whether to continue supporting and sponsoring the talent.
- If the talent experiences a loss or drawdown of less than the max drawdown in the first month, we may consider topping up your account back to 100% during the monthly evaluation.
- The Talent Recruitment Program will continue until a decision is made to cancel or amend it.
- Bitflex reserves the right of final interpretation for this event. Participants must adhere to the relevant management rules. Bitflex also reserves the right to cancel honorary titles and benefits provided to participants who violate the rules and guidelines.
