BITFLEX will perform a scheduled system upgrade on 10th August 2023 at 06:00 AM UTC. This upgrade is part of our commitment to provide you with the best trading experience possible.

During the upgrade, our spot and derivatives trading platform will be unavailable for approximately two hours.

We kindly request all users to take necessary actions to ensure a smooth transition:

Close all Unfilled Spot/Derivatives Orders and Active Derivative Positions Before 10th August 2023, 5:00 AM (UTC)

• To avoid any potential disruptions or losses, we request all users to close all their unfilled spot and derivative orders and their active derivatives positions before the scheduled upgrade. Please make sure to perform this action well in advance of the maintenance window.
• For users who are unable to close their active derivatives positions before the upgrade, our system will automatically close these positions to safeguard your interests and prevent any unintended impact on your holdings.

• Extension of Trading Suspension Period: 

Due to unforeseen circumstances and to ensure the successful completion of our system upgrade, trading suspension has been extended by six more hours. The new period of suspension will now be from August 10, 2023, 06:00 AM UTC to 04:00 PM UTC (a total of 8 hours).
