We've recently released web updates to address some issues during the last release on May 2nd, 2024.

We extend our sincere apologies for any inconvenience experienced. Your feedback and support have been invaluable throughout this process, and we're committed to continuously improving BITLFLEX to meet your evolving needs and expectations.

Some of the updates are: 

• Resolved Coin Voucher Issue - We've fixed a bug where coin voucher redemptions were not credited properly. All the users who faced an issue due to this bug have been airdropped their funds. Please check your wallets and do reach out to us if you think there is still any issue. 
  
  
• Revamped Deposit Bonus Campaign Page - The Deposit Bonus campaign is now clearer and more user-friendly. The updated page includes additional activity rules and a more streamlined design, making it easier for users to understand the benefits and restrictions.
  
  
• Language Support Expansion - We're expanding our reach! Russian, German, and Turkish are now supported on almost all pages except Spot & Derivatives, Affiliate and Rewards Hub, enhancing our global usability. Support for these pages will be added over the next few releases. 
  
  
• Enhanced Profit-Sharing Poster - We've upgraded the resolution of our downloadable profit-sharing poster, ensuring the QR code is now easily scannable.
  
  
• Fee Level Clarity in Order Confirmation - A new tooltip has been added to the order confirmation screen. This tooltip directs users to the My Fees page for a detailed view of applicable discounts and fee structures.
  
  
• Fixed Issues with Affiliate Admin Dashboard - The issue with the affiliate admin dashboard where user breakdown by country wasn't working properly has been fixed. The dashboard will now be providing more insights and better tracking of affiliate performance.
  
  
• Improved Affiliate Form Validation - We've tightened the validation process. Now, incorrect entries won't proceed to the next page, ensuring better data quality and user experience.
