• Starting Time: 04:00 AM UTC
• Estimated Downtime: 45 minutes (The ~45-minute upgrade period is an estimate only. We will communicate any updates across our official BITFLEX channels and update this announcement once the scheduled upgrade is complete.)

Impact on Platform Services:

• Platform Access: The platform will be temporarily inaccessible during the upgrade period.
• Deposits & Withdrawals: All deposit and withdrawal services will be temporarily suspended during the upgrade. Rest assured your funds are safe. 
• Trading (Spot & Derivatives): Trading will be unavailable during the downtime.

Actions Required:

• Cancel Open Orders: We strongly recommend that you cancel any open orders for Spot and Derivatives trading before the upgrade begins. If you do not cancel them, we will automatically cancel these orders on your behalf to prevent any unintended transactions.
• Open Positions: Users will not be able to manage any open positions during the upgrade. While you can keep positions open, please be aware that the exchange will not be liable for any issues that may occur during the downtime.

We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause and appreciate your understanding as we work to improve our platform. We will notify you as soon as the upgrade is complete, and all services are fully restored.
