Depositing/Withdrawing Tokens to the Wrong Address
BITFLEX gives its users full custodian control over their assets. It means that if you have deposited/withdrawn tokens to a wrong address, we are not responsible for it.
- If you have transferred funds to a wrong address of another exchange, there is nothing we can do to help you recover it. Please contact the support team of that exchange.
- If you have transferred funds to a wrong BITFLEX address, we may attempt to recover them, but there are no guarantees. Please reach out to our support team via clicking the support bubble on the bottom right corner of the screen or contact us at support@bitflex.com.
- If you have transferred funds to a wrong address, but you know the owner of the address, please contact the owner directly.
Sending Funds to the Wrong Network
It is the most common mistake made by most traders. Before you deposit funds into an address, please pay attention to the network type you’re choosing. Make sure that the network you are choosing is supported by the receiving wallet.

Sending Wrong Coin/Token to BITFLEX
Another mistake traders often make is deposit a token which is not listed by BITFLEX. Before you deposit a token to BITFLEX, check to see if we support the token you are depositing.
