Why hasn’t my Withdrawal or Deposit Arrived yet? 

If your withdrawal/ deposit hasn’t arrived yet, it could be due to a few reasons. Transferring funds on blockchain involves three steps:

• Withdrawal/ Deposit from one platform to another
• Blockchain network confirmation
• Crediting of funds on the said platform/exchange

Network confirmation depends entirely on the blockchain you are using to transfer your funds. Network congestion might cause a significant delay in the transactions processed, which might be one of the reasons why your deposit/withdrawal is taking more time than usual.

You can check the withdrawal/deposit status of your transaction through the following steps:

1. Log into your Bitflex account, go to Assets, and click Wallet.

2. You will see a list of cryptocurrencies that you can deposit/withdraw. Find the cryptocurrency have deposited/withdrawn and click on the deposit/withdraw button. 

3. Now click on the deposit/withdraw record button in the top right corner.

4. You will see a list of all your transactions and their status.
